This location has recently gone through an ownership change and the team that is now in there is doing an amazing job. Randi, the manager, has her team working together and it is so fun and exciting to go into this location. This is the place to go for great haircut and the MVP Experience, I love the hot towel and massage.

Went in this morning to check-in and was told there would be a 3 hour wait. Only two people were working. Went back 3 hours later and waited for my turn only to be repeatedly ignored as they called names further down the list. I waited for 40 minutes after my appointment time and didnt get called or even asked my name. Congrats sports clips you just lost a 10 year customer unless you have some amazing offer up your sleeve.
