Haircuts are fine but you need allow 2 hours for your haircut even if you check in on-line.

Store hours are 9am-7pm we showed up for a haircut at 915 and there was no one there. The place was locked and dark. Several people were waiting outside. Very disappointing esp for the kid needing a haircut.

This location has recently gone through an ownership change and the team that is now in there is doing an amazing job. Randi, the manager, has her team working together and it is so fun and exciting to go into this location. This is the place to go for great haircut and the MVP Experience, I love the hot towel and massage.
